What baby carrier/sling would you recommend?

I think I have settled on the Moby Wrap, I have it saved on my wish list on Amazon.com but wanted to see what others had to say before buying. I tried the Snuggli with my daughter and it really hurt my back, I had bought the infantino sling for my son but he hated it and I returned it, I heard it was recalled so glad I didn't use it, was going to get the babyBjorn but noticed a lot of women aren't wearing these anymore and I have heard good things about the MOBY, but still all reviews were not great so anyway just thought I would see what people have to say.

I preferred a wrap over a sling or pack-type carrier, though some people prefer one of the latter. I loved my Didymos wrap. A friend borrowed the Didymos to try, and then tried a Moby Wrap - she liked the Moby better. Most wraps are going to be pretty similar, with the differences being in the weight and stretchiness of the fabric. A less-stretchy fabric is better for carrying larger babies/toddlers, a lighter-weight fabric is more comfortable in hotter weather, a thicker fabric is more comfortable on the shoulders, etc. There's some good info. on choosing a sling at the site below.
